West Kirby Winespeak Now Mojo

I noticed over the weekend whilst in West Kirby that popular cafe bar Winespeak in Dee Lane has now become Mojo – if you know any more details please leave a comment

    I know, its essentially the same bar, but been done out and they have removed the big fixed seats down the right, which is much better coz a lot more room to move on nights when bands are in. Worth checking out the bands on in there, LUMA who are quite well known round here often play & the other week an amazing band called MUSTARD CLUB were on. They played covers and some of their own stuff that was great, so get a nice mix of things there. Think both those bands are on their again soon actually. Havnt had the food yet, but looked nice !!

    Mojo’s is one of the best venues around – the food is fantastic and very cheap for the quality – it is unpretentious, the staff are chilled out and cool and the customers vary in ages, bckgrounds, but it all comes together so well – The bands are great and they always try to push the boundaries in term of some of the music and comedy they have. Recommend it!

    Im Head of Security for Mojo’s and can definately recommend a night out there, its chilled, relaxed and trouble free.
