All different types of premises will be listed including:

Fraiche retains Michelin star

The 2011 Michelin Star awards were announced earlier today – and this year the world-renowned guide is celebrating its centenary.

Head chef Marc Wilkinson (pictured) and his team were awarded their first star 12 months ago. Marc has previously been awarded two Michelin Rising Star awards.

Fraiche is the only venue on Merseyside to be Michelin Star rated. The only venue with one or more stars in Cheshire goes to Simon Radley at the Chester Grosvenor, also gaining a single star.
